Free to standard Epping DAC members

Come and try out for free on your first two weeks. Fees are $30 per year. Pick up a membership form from the club house or fill one out here.

Sunday Training group

What: Either Technique and Intervals or a choice of a 3km or 5km run.

When: Meet at Epping Oval - same place as on Thursdays.

Time: 8:30am, Sunday mornings

Example Session

  1. Warm up jog
  2. Drills
  3. 1km runs (between 1-5 reps depending on training level)
  4. 300m continuous relay (3-10 reps with quick recovery)
  5. Cool down
